Livonia Obstacle Courses

Athletika Sports and Fitness offers the only, full time, functioning obstacle course in Michigan. We offer obstacle training classes that met you where you are, in terms of weight, age, and fitness level.

Athletes and thrill seekers alike test their skills and master the secrets for successful completion of all three levels of American Ninja Warrior-style obstacle courses from beginner to advanced, so getting bored isn’t an option!

Training

Speed and Agility Training

As an athlete, you are continuously training to be the best at your sport and compete at the highest level.  At Athletika Sports and Fitness, we evaluate movement patterns and understand how they affect performance. We train athletes on how to move more efficiently and improve their agility.  Each class includes a dynamic warm-up, sport specific footwork, running mechanics, and strength training, to help you perform at your best.

Personal Training

At Athletika, we use a comprehensive approach to personal training. Rather than a one-size-fits-all mindset, we take the time to learn about you – your short and long-term goals, your current fitness level, your health, and your nutritional habits. We take into account your age, body composition, and gender to develop a fitness plan tailored to your specific health and training goals. After we design your training regimen, we’ll stay be by your side to support you, motivate you and help you reach your goals.

Weightlifting

The trainers at Athletika Sports and Fitness have a passion for weightlifting, and want to share their knowledge with you.  Athletika Sports and Fitness offers weightlifting programs for various ages including high school weightlifting and Olympic lifting.  A pre-test and a post-test evaluation will be conducted to measure progress of the athlete before and after the program.  The evaluation is also a necessary component to determine if the athlete is ready to begin a weightlifting program.
